JOINT COMMAND SOUTHEAST HOLDS MEMORIAL SERVICE Joint Command Southeast (JCSE) will hold a memorial service tomorrow to honor those who died last Tuesday in the terrorist attacks on New York and Washington. The service will be an interfaith service led by chaplains from the U.S. Army. Members of the media are cordially invited to attend this event.
